3 DAYS UGANDA GORILLA TREKKING

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN ENTEBBE. FLIGHT TO KIHIHI. DRIVE TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST
You will arrive in Entebbe airport with Air Kenya at 11:30hr. You shall be met and assisted to clear with emigrations and connect with your flight to Kihihi airstrip. The flight departs Entebbe at 12:00hr and arrives in Kihihi at 14:30hr. In Kihihi you shall be received by our safari guide who will drive you to Bwindi impenetrable national park. You will drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous south-western region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements. You will arrive at your accommodation in time for lunch.

Day 2: GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI
Begin your gorilla trek in the early morning, and set off into the forests with guides and trackers who are very experienced at locating the gorillas by finding the nest the family had used the previous night. The search for these majestic animals goes through thick untamed rainforest, where you’ll be scrambling over mossy rocks and through deep undergrowth and it can be arduous at times, but the encounter is worth the effort. Watching gorillas in their natural habitat is a memory that will last a lifetime. The experienced ranger guides will willingly share with you a lot of information about history and lifestyle of the Gorillas. After spending an hour with the gorillas we head back to the lodge and relax.

Day 3: DRIVE TO KIHIHI. FLIGHT BACK TO ENTEBBE. DEPRATURE
After breakfast you will be driven to Kihihi airstrip for you flight back to Entebbe airport. The flight leaves Kihihi at 09:30hr and arrives in Entebbe at 11:25hr. At the airport, you shall check in and await your departure flight to the next destination.
