A group tour or safari consists of different travelers from different countries coming together and share a Safari Van or Jeep, and they will be together for the rest of the safari/tour.
This is a tour/safari where you will occupy the vehicle alone with no any other except the friends or family that you are travelling with.
A self drive tour is where you hire the vehicle and drive yourself around for a certain number of days and you need to have credentials i.e valid passport/visa /international driving license and also a letter from your nearest police station saying you have never been involved in any crime.
